What is the best foundation make up to use that is still fairly cheap?

i dont mean in the hundreds, but not 2 pounds either. like in the 10-20's.

you can go to walmart for the natual blushes and foundation. it is like bare minerals. you go to see the make up and just look for olay of olay.that is a good one. or go to the mall and go the clinque for foundaiton. it can be cheap or go to almay for there foundation. depends how cheap you want to go.What is the best foundation make up to use that is still fairly cheap?

and Target. Look it up on the computer.
Nuetrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer works well for me:)


Also, apply it with a brush. It looks better than when applied with a pad or your fingers:)

I like revlon colorstay, it has a good range of shades and has different formulations for dry and oily skin. its a bit of the expensive side for a cheap foundation (拢11-12 i think) but its cheaper than its high end equivalent (mac studio fix fluid) though with similar quality.
