What is foundation (make-up) ?

I have pressed powder but is that foundation - and whats that liquid foundation and matte mousse foundation?





I no i sound dumb but Im confused. After the foundation, goes blusher but where does bronzer fit in ?

Liquid Foundation is just a thicker foundation that isn't made of powder, matte mousse foundation is kind of like liquid foundation, except it looks like mousse or whipped cream. And bronzer goes after foundation, then it's blush.

Foundation is a god-send :)
foundation is a make up type which you put on your skin, which covers spots, freckles, anything really, but some of the time it makes your skin look orange, and if you don't rub it in round the edges, it makes you look orange, and you can tell you have foundation on. My personal opinion is don't wear it unless you need it, or if you do wear it, don't wear too much, it makes you look tacky.

but its just enough and it makes so it doesnt look like ur wearing makeup. it just covers up all the flaws.

Bronzer would go on after the foundation, before the blusher.
Foundation is makeup that covers spots, freckles, etc. But to achieve perfect skin, you shouldn't use this. It can cause even more spots and is bad for the skin. Bronzer is what gives you a tanned look.





By the way, you don't sound dumb at all as I didn't know what foundation was last year!
i think foundation is just to even your skin tone, cover blotches, spots, e.t.c. Whereas bronzer is used after foundation to just, well basically give you a tanned look. I'm not sure whether you where blusher and bronzer together lol. That would be alot if you did.
Foundation is the first basic makeup you put on, usually liquid, or mouse, or semi-liquid. Then pressed powder.


But if your young you only need the powder, especially if you still go to school. Putting on foundation and powder will make you look too made up, too fake.


Blusher goes on last. Bronzer you can use instead of blusher, use it on your cheeks, chin, nose rim and forehead to make yourself look sun-kissed. (less is more here, remember? you don't want to look like you fell into the tub of bronzer)
