I use LA Minerals foundation and it's good for your skin. not sure if mineral makeup is poplular over there, but it is un the USA! I live in the south, and it's humid here, so mineral makeup is great for that. I use the Hollywood foundation they sell. I swim in it and it stays on! So, humidity is not a problem at all! But it feels like you are wearing nothing. I don't know if they ship to the Phillipines. You could ask. their website is http://www.laminerals.com

You can buy VMV Cosmetics, it's hypoallergenic. Max Factor has a specific foundation that is oil-free w/c won't clog your skin pores and won't cause pimples. Mistine is a product from thailand but is also available in the Philippines. They have oil-free powders w/spf. San-san cosmetics claims their products to be ';makeup w/vitamins'; so you can try that. But then, it has oil ingredient so if you're pimple prone, i won't suggest it.
