I have very dry skin and fair.(Not as fair as Nicole Kidman) Especially my nose, which flakes and now the summer is here, I have to wear hats again. I need to know of a foundation that will cover without leaving flakes on the nose. It looks like you haven't put your foundation on properly and looks horrible. I also want one that will hide wrinkles and the foundation from Maybelline called Instant Age Rewind is no good. It makes you look older. I also need one that you can just put on after your moisturizer without all the other make-up.(eyeliner,blush,lippyetc.) I really appreciate all the answers I can get as I am in dire straits and I don't want to waste any more money on foundation I just don't like. Is there also a place where you can get testers to try your shades as I nearly get the wrong colours all the time. Thank you for your responses. Is there anyone out there that can help me with dry skin and foundation(make-up)?
i am 46 years old, with fair, dry %26amp; ultra sensitive skin. i swear by bare minerals by bare escentuals. it's the absolute best make-up i've found in over 28 years. it has improved the quality of my skin a lot, it is not as dry, and doesn't flake off anymore. bare minerals covers well, without streaks, it looks %26amp; feels completely natural, stays on all day long, and never settles into fine lines, so i actually look younger. i use the foundation to spot conceal, as well as all over the face, warm radiance for a sunkissed healthy look, and mineral veil for a flawless finish. the 25.00 foundation lasts me about one year, that's how little is needed. you can try it out for yourself at any ulta, sephora, macy's, or nordstrom store, to see, how you like it, before making a decision. make sure to apply it correctly : put a small amount into the lid, swirl a kabuki brush in it, tap off the excess, and buff it into the skin. repeat till you get the desired result, a little goes a long way. i am still using eye shadows i bought 6 years ago, everything lasts a long time.Is there anyone out there that can help me with dry skin and foundation(make-up)?
Have you tried using mineral powders instead of liquid foundations? They don't dry your skin, and they won't clump up or leave flakes. I hate liquid foundation and won't wear it anymore.
You can try using Arbonne products. Their Re9 system is GREAT for anti-aging, and if your skin is dry, this stuff will certainly help. They also have skin conditioning oils that are great for under make-up to keep your skin from drying out. They have liquid foundations, powder foundations and mineral make-up as well. Feel free to email me for more information.
I have used covergirl, max factor, clinique. Out of all the brands I have used, I like Artistry the best. It has a kind for all skin types. They have all makeup needs. Lipstick, foundation, mascara and bronzers. It is very light on the skin too. Plus if you do not like it, then you can return it for a full refund.

You have got to get Bee Luscious Cosmetics Liquid powder Mineral Foundation you will totally LOVE IT !
I would say because you are so fair either Linen or Cream Beige. Also get their hydrating cream concentrate facial cream it is a day and night cream like nothing you have ever tried, its AMAZING.
I think that you should find the right type of moisturizer for your skin first......
If your skin is properly moisturized then you won't have issues with flakiness.
It might be worth your while to see a Dermatologist. They can address all your skin concerns. Once you use proper skin care for your skin type, you'll find that your skin and make up will look much better.

What Cover up( make up Foundation) is the best to use to cover up scars on your face from acne?
I heard Tru blend is good or Neutrogena!! Please help me!!What Cover up( make up Foundation) is the best to use to cover up scars on your face from acne?
I would suggest DermaBlend, works AMAZIN :)What Cover up( make up Foundation) is the best to use to cover up scars on your face from acne?
There is a really good acne product and foundation with marykay I'm not sure what it is called but look on page 31 in the catalog for different foundations, creme, powders, and mineral powders and the acne treatment gel is on page 29. by the way the products are set at a very reasonable prices and work like really good...umm..but here is my moms website and you can look on there: http://www.marykay.com/dstephens1
max factor lasting performance is really good as its so thick and a lot cheaper than a camaflage make.
but in your face sraight from the tube and when your rubbing it in make sure that you 'pat' in on with your fingers.it will sit rather than sink on to your face, then just set with loose powder.
you know, i don't really know about which makeup would help, but i know that you can buy this kind of cocoa-butter kind of stuff that will help reduce how noticeable scars are. i would try that every day along with whatever coverup you decide to use.
get some scar cream first to get rid of your acne scars in the first place. then any cover up will rule :). you probably want a cream cover up w/ concealer of some sort if you dont wanna wait for the scars to go away

Best way to get foundation (make-up) out of a shirt?
It's a light jacket material. Light green color. Trying to figure out the best way to remove the stain. I've already soaked it and tried scrubbing it, but there's no luck.

babywipes it really works!!Best way to get foundation (make-up) out of a shirt?
OMG i have been using this AMAZING washing powder i got mascara on my whit shirt its calledoxyclean try it!

Take the piece of stained clothing off immediately. Do not give the stain a chance to dry.
Get a tube of witch hazel and a damp flannel. Squeeze out the size of a small pea onto your finger and rub it into the fabric, spreading it evenly on the stain.
Rub firmly on the stain with the damp flannel until the stain disappears.
If you have time, use the hairdryer to dry your clothing.
Put it back on and go have fun!
wash it in a washing machine with oxyclean. it should get it out.
wash it with oxyclean- i hope it works
Shout it out!

Can I use make-up (foundation) to cover stretch marks on chest?
Do people do that??Can I use make-up (foundation) to cover stretch marks on chest?
the best thing to use is bio oil it is puposly for this and costs around 拢6 FROM CHEMISTCan I use make-up (foundation) to cover stretch marks on chest?
that could end up looking messy and orange and ruin your clothes.
reduce them by rubbing baby oil into your skin every night :)
I wouldn't try that if your not that confident maybe use a powder but i think you should buy Bio-Oil.
It works really well to get rid of stretch marks and does it fast.
maybe you could try using a foundation with a sponge and using bio oil i had stretch Marks to and i used bio oil twice a day and they were piratically gone in 2 weeks!! XD
There's a powder called Sheer Cover which hides just about anything so you could try that. :)
If they are really noticeable you can buy 'camouflage' make -up, it's used for scar's, stretch mark's, tattoo's ect. a brand called 'Rio' sells it. l think you can get it from www.littlewoods.com just type ' rio make -up' into the website's search engine.
Try it, see if it is ok for you.
The other day I was bored and thought I'd try some of my Revlon Colorstay foundation on some of my marks. It covered them, but not completely. I'd say it covered them by about 75%... You could still slightly see them.
The only thing is, you will have to make sure the colour of the foundation matches your skin near too 100% as possible, otherwise it will look horrible. It will look fake, and cakey.
When you get a match, set it with translucent powder afterwards to help the foundation stay on longer.

Whats a good make up foundation at the moment on the market?
i usually use max factor perfection or age re-new is there any other good ones out there at the momnet that you really like that you'd recommend? :)Whats a good make up foundation at the moment on the market?
Here are a few that claim to give a luminous look and have had good reviews. For a flawless finish use a primer and apply with a foundation brush.
Revlon Colourstay
Rimmel Lasting Finish
Max Factor Miracle Touch Foundation (Won the Times Beauty Award 2008)
Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturising
Clarins True Radiance
Sephora Makeup Forever HD Invisible Cover Foundation (a few users claimed their skin looked air brushed)Whats a good make up foundation at the moment on the market?
Cover Girl is what I use, and it works great! You can get different colors to match your skin tone, and it still looks natural, while covering up pimples. (: You can buy it at drug stores.
HI. I wont use anything other than Dior foundation. It about 拢24 but it is so easy to blend, really really natural and takes away any reddishness or blothes etc. Although it is quite expensive it normally last about 9-10 months if you seal the top properly so its quite good value.I found it when looking forward wedding make up and it really makes your skin flawless. Hope this helps
These are ones I'd definitely recommend:
Myface cosmetics foundation called Mymix (see the link below for more details:http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind鈥?/a>
Revlon Colorstay. This is my absolute fave at the moment. It really covers well %26amp; gives a natural finish.(%26amp;good value as well)
Revlon Beyond Natural skin matching make-up(which has just come out on the market %26amp; it looks white when you apply it %26amp; when you massage into ur skin, it turns into the colour of your skin exactly %26amp; adapts to your skin colour).
See this link for picture %26amp; details:
http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/Pro鈥?/a>
(altho' it omly comes in Light, medium %26amp; Dark in UK)
Bobby Brown Luminous Moisturizing foundation, it gives a lovely radiant look,%26amp; a glow to the skin. It feels silky/velevty when you apply it. (if you go to the Bobby Brown counter %26amp; ask them to test you for the right colour, they'd also give you a sample to try at home before you buy, so you can see if it suits your skin %26amp; if you like it). This is link for more info:

Cement. It provides a good foundation.
I really like Rimmel London's Stay Matte foundation because it's lightweight but it also covers really well. It only costs $7 and it's pretty new.
If you do not have prob skin, rimmels pretty good.
I just started using Lancome and its been a revelation in comparison to the cheaper brands I have always used re blending, even covergae etc
Not cheap but it lasts, I only need it on forehead, ard nose and chin area , blend onto other areas (and bronzer)
I like loreal
max factor fer the win%26lt;3
http://www.maxfactor.com/makeup.do#MAX_foundation-makeup
Clinique Superfit foundation. I love it. It's excellent for people who a mix of dry and oily skin. Really one of the best foundations i've ever used.
I thought i would try a make-up specifically for dry skin, and recently bought Clarins True Comfort foundation, and it made my dry skin alot worse. I know the Clarins True Radiance is excellent though.
Both really expensive I'm afraid, but totally worth it!

Best make up foundation and best mascarra?
What is the best make up foundation brand that creates a natural look, covers blemishes and dark spots, creates a flawless look yet oily free.
What brand of mascarra is the best?Best make up foundation and best mascarra?
This kind of question is in the makeup section alot and alot of people tend to say they know what is the absolute best, but the question you should think about is: What is the besy foundation and mascara for ME? My mom uses Revlon Age Defying makeup and she loves it, but that doesnt mean any woman, especially someone alot younger , should use that foundation..Best make up foundation and best mascarra?
I use Sheer Cover and I love it. It covers flaws perfectly yet it gives you a natural look so it looks like your naturally perfect! For mascara i recommend using any by cover girl. I find it really helps give your lashes a boost in length! Good luck!
i love telescopic mascara i think its by loreal i forgot i just know that its called telescopic and its in a goldish tube. its the best mascarra yet i have found that works really great. also for foundation i hate all of them they are all caky and thick and dont cover up the oil on my face i have oily skin so i dont wear it. i heard that sheer cover up works i havent tried it yet but i will its suppose to work good and its very light and not caky its in a powder , soft like talc. i forgot the name though
a good foundation that is cheap is Covergirl.. and if you wanna spend a little more - Neutrogena is better for your skin.. as for the mascara i'd have to say that the pink and green bottle -- umm great lash? is the best.. =)
well some ppl will probably say MAC! but its freaking expensive! so i will stick with covergirl or trublend or milani
MASCARA
waterproof you mean? dont try maybelline its not waterproff um probably like covergirl
in my opinion the best foundation is clinique's city base. it's actually a cream. it's not liquid like a foundation but it provides just as good coverage. i used to use it when i had really bad acne or acne scars and it would cover it up really well. since then, i have been using mac's studio fix. it's a powder but i no longer have acne so it works well for me with my blemish scars. i find that it covers my blemishes well and it leaves my skin feeling light.
the best mascara in my opinion is bed head tigi eyes love it mascara. i say it's the best because it's the only mascara that will curl my lashes without me having to use a curler. it also makes my lashes longer than any other mascara i've tried (believe me, i've tried a lot). also, i like to put a lot on and this mascara doesn't clump even when i put on 3 or 4 coats.

Mary Kay all the way. They have several different types of foundation (liquid, creme to powder, matte, and a sheer dual coverage powder that can be used as a pressed powder or as a sheer foundation). How can i tell if i'm wearing too much foundation/face make up?
To me, it doesn't look like it at all but you never know! I have a friend who layers it on and it's so obvious but she wears it like that all the time, i don't want to become like her where i dont even notice!
How can i tell so other people can't?How can i tell if i'm wearing too much foundation/face make up?
If you put on to much foundation it will look blotchy. How can i tell if i'm wearing too much foundation/face make up?
You can usually tell if you're in the sun, try looking in a mirror then and it is very easy to tell. If your foundation is too thick, then it'll appear blotchy and uneven. It won't sit properly. It might also be a completely different colour to your skin, like making it look orange or like white face paint.
if it starts looking ';cakey'; meaning lik3 this

whats a good foundation make up to use in the uk.it has to be oil free and let my skin breath a bit
.A good foundation make up to use in the uk?
Lancome make great foundation. They have an oil-free range that I use and I find it blends really well and matches well to all skin colours. Some of the girls at work think I only wear lipstick and my skin is naturally even toned! Well, I am not gonna tell...A good foundation make up to use in the uk?
maxfactor
i love max factor compact foundation facefinity. i wasnt a big fan of compacts before but ever since i started using it i love it. the only thing is to moisturize . and i also love it cause it seems to stop my skin from breaking out.
MAC do an amazing one called Studio Fix Fluid.
I've been using it for a while - it's the best Ive used and I've tried a lot!
clinique has very good foundations.
polly filler
Clinique do a great oil free one, so do MAC as do Prescriptives.
Almay Skin Stays Clean is really fantastic. Easily the best foundation i've ever used. Gives natural but good coverage and even if you forget to wash it off at night, your skin is fine in the morning.
I'm a make-up artist for TV/film and at the moment i use (prescritives) virtual skin, it has a real natural look and it has a light /medium coverage.Oil free and has a sun factor 10. I use a brush to put on foundation the best ive found is mac190 flat. Most people don't know how to put foundation on
U only use foundation where u need it! around the nose, eyes, mouth.may be a little on the cheeks! foundation isn't to be used as a mask!
and i have found with prescriptives virtual skin as it water based you don't need to powder.
your skin will definitely breath babe, good luck.x
I use Maybelline Dream Matt Mousse but I don't put any make up over it as it is enough to use on it's own. Silky soft and great blending.
I have tried hundreds and now use Shisheido tinted moisturiser which is fantastic - not heavy at all and really silky
Try using AVON, it's a good make and well in budget too.
Hope this helps

Use Cliniques Pore Minimising Range!! They are lovely, last all day , have a large range of shades and minimize the appearance of your pores - perfect for oily skin types!
Try Skin Stays Clean by Almay. It's an oil-free formula and doesn't clog pores in the slightest. It also comes in fantastic yellow-based shades which you would only normally find in the more expensive brands. This foundation also feels cooling on the skin when applied and gives great coverage despite its lightness. It costs approx 拢8 in Boots and Superdrug.

i found clinique was really good and it made my skin silky and covered up imperfections really well!
but for a cheaper solution, avon do a great oil-free range and com in all different shades too! i found it worked almost as well as the clinique stuff!
there is a line of make-up that i have used for years and it is called bare escentuals or bare minerals if you will. this is the best oil free make-up and is so simple to use. it comes with many types of brushes and what it is, is a light powdery foundation with many different shades....and because it is powdery you can mix and match your foundation shades as well as your eye shadow shades. and i know for sure that you can purchase it in the UK as well. i urge you to try this make=up because it is the best....it gives you the look of being air brushed. please try this, i am sure that you will love it.

water proof foundation will make your acne worse, it makes the skin not be able to breath normal foundation is the same but the waterproof is the worse once to use with your kind of skin. Products to use
PHILOSOPHY On a Clear Day face wash
New PHILOSOPHY On a Clear Day h2o2 Peroxide Cream this cream will dry out the spots
Do not use dove, simple, fairy, imperial etc soaps.
use estee lauder stay all day foundation it is light on the skin but stays on all day, use powder like corm silk apply with a large brush %26amp; dust over the faceWhat type of foundation make up do movie stars use? I need a water proof type make up for acne prone skin.?
The norm is a mineral makeup or a something like Lycogel MD.
Lycogel is full coverage breathable makeup used on sets where the actress has acne problems. The problem with this makeup is the colors are limited so they usually have artists custom blending these for them and they are REALLY expensive. The lycogel runs around $50 a bottle at www.lovelyskin.com.
For mineral makeup the most common are Jane Iredale or Youngblood because of their pigment content. For acne skin the Jane Iredale pressed base pressed into skin with a sponge gives full coverage that is breathable. Most minerals are sheered out for more sheer coverage like bare escentials or bare minerals for soft coverage. You won't find those on a set or typically used by people who can afford the best and are photographed a lot.
The Lycogel is the most waterproof of the two.
make up forever is used by many stars.

What's the best affordable brand of make-up foundation?
I just recently started using MAC Studio Fix foundation. It is about $25 a bottle, but I find I don't go through it as fast. A little goes a long way where as when I was using drug store brands I had to use alot more to get the coverage I want and need to blend and cover all my imperfections. Plus it seems to control oil much better when I use it with the blot powder. I only have to touch up 2-3 times instead of 5-6. Good luck! What's the best affordable brand of make-up foundation?
bare minerals. What's the best affordable brand of make-up foundation?
i really like dream matt moose.
i think thats what it is
Everyday minerals very healthy for your skin and cheap.
i really like revlon's colorstay foundation. it's one of the best drugstore brands that i've ever tried.
Well i think NARS has good foundation its about $45.00

Bee Luscious Cosmetics it may be 36.00 but lasts beautifully for 6 months and you have totally flawless skin every single time.
I have been using kms mineral essentials for over a year now and I can鈥檛 say enough good things about them! I used to use Bare Minerals but it got too expensive. I was
hoping to find another brand that gave me the same results without costing so much and I found it in kms.
I found out that all mineral makeup is not alike. A lot of them have fillers and other ingredients considered to be irritating to the skin. This brand mineral makeup is all natural, has a built-in sunscreen, and is very long wearing. Even on a hot day I don鈥檛 have to touch up my makeup! Their customer service is great and I always get my products quickly. They also have an optional makeup club you can join so you never have to worry about running out! You should check them out at www.kmsmineralessentials.com.

Ladies, what's the best mineral make-up (foundation and concealer) you've ever tried?
Brand that's not too costly but still very high qualityLadies, what's the best mineral make-up (foundation and concealer) you've ever tried?
LAminerals! Absolutely the BEST mineral makeup I've every used. They have 2 formulas: Hollywood and NoHoGlo. One has a lil more coverage, the other alil more glowy dewy. Both are great, I use em both, sometimes together. Price is reasonable and way better than Bare minerals.
Their concealers are corrective ones: a greenish one for redness and a yellowish one for dark areas and undereye.
They are mineral powder concealers and work great unde the foundation. They feel really creamy and go on really smooth and last all day.
If you are thinking of using mineral makeup I'd get samples and try before you buy.
My samples from LAminerals.com were only like $1 and they shipped em free.Ladies, what's the best mineral make-up (foundation and concealer) you've ever tried?
BARE MINERALS ALL THE WAY! Clinique and Benefit too!
Well, if you are looking for something that is not too costly, then I would say maybelline.
They have some mineral coverups.
=]
I dont wear makeup ..
but theres a site where you can get mineral makeup from..
www.mineralgirlz.com
I am a fan of Bare Minerals and Pur. They're not low-cost, per se, but they last a long time -- you can order them directly, or get them someplace like Sephora, Ulta, or on QVC. They cover nicely and don't make me break out.
As for low-cost, L'Oreal has a newish mineral line, and possibly Almay. I haven't tried them, but my Target always seems to run out of them, so I think they're popular.
lilly lolo is really really really good and its cheap - v. cheap for high quality mineral makup they have a HUGE range of foundation, eyeshadow, bronzer, concealer, finishing powder, blusher and sooooooo much more. they have a cheap brush range (high quality) thats cheap and stylish. you can mix their blushers/eyeshadows with clear lipgloss to make coloured (though check the website coz you cant do that with some) they have 99p samples of almost all their stuff that lasts foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
ESTE LAUDER!! pricy but...wow! amaizing!! my mom is 47 but everyone mistakes her for being 35!!!
physician's formula!
can be found at drugstores =]
Bare Minerals for sure. You can get a kit for about $60.00 and you will have it for about a year. Comes with brushes and everything. Go in for a consultation so they can show you how to apply.

What kind of make-up (foundation etc) do themakeup artists use in soaps such as hollyoaks etc?
They use stage make-up thats made specifically to compliment the lights/cameras etc. What kind of make-up (foundation etc) do themakeup artists use in soaps such as hollyoaks etc?
stage make up that they use in a theatre under heavy lighting is called grease paint, which is a thick oily paint...very bad for your skin if worn as normal everyday makeup. Mac is not a grease paint, and therefore is not stage makeup. If what they use on soaps is Mac, then obviously they are not put under the same lighting conditions as on the stage.
If you want a decent foundation then by all means try out mac, but don't use stage makeup..... you'll look like a clown! What kind of make-up (foundation etc) do themakeup artists use in soaps such as hollyoaks etc?
Almost all companies when it comes to stage make up as long as they can afford it they will use mac which is the most well known stage make up
It's stage/theatrical make-up, which is much thicker and heavier than normal make-up. This is why on screen their skin looks flawless but in ';real life'; they have just as much flaws as the rest of us. I have heard that Cameron Diaz uses it as her normal make-up because she has really bad acne pitted skin. There are loads of web sites that sell this type of make up if thats what ur looking for.
Wat is mac exactly coz in all the soaps everyones skin looks fantstic and its like.....so unfair and its like.....i'd luv to se them without it...i use avons mineral powder wich it ok but u cant use it on ur whole face otherwise u look like u've been dunked into a dust pile, lol =)
mac
thick stage makeup
Leichner is a stage makeup and is exteremely thick its excellent you can get it from moss chemists if you have not got a moss chemist near try online you also need a powder too a loose one this will give you a flawless look .
Mac
im not sure what brand but i know they use airbrushing to put it on. anyone can buy it but its pretty expensive, looks great though
make-up artests dont limit them selves to one brand like mac! yeah they will use mac but! they will also use loads of other brands too, like laura mercia, lorial(believe it or not they use drug store 2!) benefit! antthing they dont care aslong as they create the right look!
If you go to www.hollyoaks.com and on the left handside of the page click on beauty salon and it lets you know what makeup various stars of the show wear. It's very good.

What is the best make up foundation to use?
I am currently using Clinique but want a change i feel i need more coverage but not so it looks caked on, i have quite uneven skin tone, i am very fair with freckles, any advice would be appreciated thanks! xWhat is the best make up foundation to use?
I never used foundation for that very reason until I tried the foundation from Mary Kay. They have two types one for more coverage and one for less, I use the one for less coverage because it it very light on your skin, it's almost like not having any, but it covers very well, you can put a second application for more coverage if you want, and still feel like not have caked it on your face. It is actually very good. Good luck in your search! What is the best make up foundation to use?
I cant really say I know of any foundation that is better than another but i've been using Maybelline Age Rewind for 2 years and I really like it. One tip I can give you for getting a more natural ';non-caked'; look is to use a foam make-up sponge, wet it with warm water and squeeze it out, apply the foundation to the sponge and then to your face. It give a nice even texture without looking ';made up'; =)
I use Prescriptives. They have great levels of coverage (from very sheer to full coverage), don't cake, and can be custom blended/mixed to find your ideal shade. Their price range is comparable to Clinique's, FYI.
You may also need to switch up your application technique. Try a foundation brush instead of a foam sponge (or vice versa). You may also want to try a foundation primer, which may help your makeup go on more smoothly. Hope this helps!
I used Clinique and didn't get much coverage. I also have very fair skin with freckles. I use ';Double Wear';. It's good for fair skinned people.
It's amazing. I get at least 2 compliments on my skin DAILY. and it's cheap.

I think that should work. Good luck!
you should google Dinair Airbrush Makeup...its AWESOME! it covers everything and makes my skin look totally smooth, even, and flawless...ive been using it for the past 2 years and i LOVE it...its also all water based so its not bad for ur skin...anywho...hope i helped...=)
L'oreal ' true match' super-blendable perfecting foundation it's the best foundation and it's not too expensive...my best friend is a make up artist in a model agency and uses it too..simple girls and make up artists we all use it
Everyone is different, but I use ';Bare minerals'; It's a little pricey but it looks so so nice..try it out, you won't be disappointed!!
I usually end up beginning cheap and sampling a few different ones. Do what fits your situation and I bet your instinct will be correct. I research at http://BrandsMakeup.com
Everybody is different. just go to a store and ahve the artist there try different ones on you.

Bare minerals!!! This stuff is the best. It looks so natural as long as you have the right shade. They make a fair one. Its about $25 but lasts for months and so worth it.
Try Loreal True Match foundations......they have alot of shades. I'm pale too, and that's what I use.

Bare minerals!!! This stuff is the best. It looks so natural as long as you have the right shade. They make a fair one. Its about $25 but lasts for months and so worth it.
Try Loreal True Match foundations......they have alot of shades. I'm pale too, and that's what I use.
Do you letting your boyfriend to kiss or touch your face with foundation or make up?
I am wondering to the truth of girls make up and the possibilities of the guy will spoilt the great complexion of foundation after kissing, touching when have fun outing.Do you letting your boyfriend to kiss or touch your face with foundation or make up?
When I first met my fiance, I was so conscious of the fact that I didn't want my make up ruined because I thought I looked really ugly unless my make-up was perfect. I avoided cuddles unless my face wasn't covered by him at all and avoided kissing too. He started thinking that my problem was with him! If he did kiss me I would go to the bathroom right away to correct my make-up. One day I was sitting at a desk when we came along and came me a hug (so my head was level with his tummy) and when afterwards I was mortified - there was a faint mask like shape on his shirt! He didn't notice but I was so embarrassed!
I guessed my insecurities changed over time. I remember one day he came in and I had very little make-up on and he couldn't believe how naturally pretty I was. The more he told me how gorgeous I was I guess I started to believe it a little and started to wear make-up to accentuate my features instead of hiding them. Now, if we play-fight or kiss or whatever, I never even think of my make-up but admittedly do touch it up eventually , but only when I can be bothered! I have so many compliments about how I look now, so I guess less is more. And I guess love does change everything too! x x xDo you letting your boyfriend to kiss or touch your face with foundation or make up?
once i was wearing really glossy lip gloss and my ex and i kissed kissed and he got it all over his lips and he was sparkly all day! lol but i dont mind it but the only makeup i wear is lipgloss and sometimes bronzer on cheek bones but i never really used to wear any when we were going out so i dont think i would mind if i had one now as long as he doesnt mind..
I've never had a problem with that. I mean, worst case scenario, I'll just have to excuse myself to the bathroom to powder myself up again.
if he does not care, i don't care.
well, i don't wear a lot of make up myself.
But both of us do NOT like lipstick when kissing
My boyfriend has seen me with out makeup. It doesn't bug me at all. It's just makeup. I end up washing it off a few hours later anyway.
I wear Colorstay foundation... which holds up to a lot. So I have no problem with it whatsoever.
Yes!
what? no!
with all the time and effort I put into it?
well then again it's my husband....*thinks*...that's another story though
OOOOOOOKKK I'm gonna go now :)

How can i get make up (foundation) spots out of my shirt i tried bleach didnt work.?
liquid tide. now I wonder what it is doing to your face?????How can i get make up (foundation) spots out of my shirt i tried bleach didnt work.?
Spray with Oxyclean and let it sit for about fifteen minutes, rub the spot lightly with a toothbrush and wash. Then throw away that nasty liquid and buy some Bare Minerals! How can i get make up (foundation) spots out of my shirt i tried bleach didnt work.?
Next time dont paint your face
try spraying it with windex before puting it in the washing machine
If its that last all day foundation, I would suggest something like Lestoil or Spray and Wash. You need to dissolve the oils in the foundation. Have you put a touch of bleach on the spots and then let it sit for a minute or two? That may also take care of it.

What is the harm or benefit if we put foundation during make up?
I don't understand cuz some ppl say it's good to put foundation, but some say put face base enough already... i'm really so confused...Should i put face base then foundation then only make up - like blusher, eyeshadow etc OR Should i just put face base then can apply make up already OR Should i just put foundation then apply make up OR just apply make up without foundation %26amp; face base? What is the harm or benefit if we put foundation during make up?
I have no idea what face base is, but if you mean primer, it goes underneath the makeup. Sequence is moisturizer first, then primer, foundation, setting powder. If you use mineral powder makeup, you don't need the setting powder. And by the way, foundation IS makeup. It's the skin-toned stuff you put on. Makeup means everything from eye liner to foundation to lipstick to eye shadow. It's a general term meaning cosmetics for the face.

u can get permanent makeup although it doesn't last that long costs alot and you would have to get it redone every few weeks. however if u are that conserned about having 2 toned skin, maybe see a dermotologist or there are products out there that help even out and correct skin tones maybe try some. go to your closest cosmetic shop. make sure its a proper shop that only sells good cosmetics-might cost a bit. and get tone correcting serums. they correct blotchy skin tones. There are some creams that also bleach the skin making it lighter and some that make it darker. also try sea weed scrubs and creamsrefill

Girls - who makes a really good foundation (make-up). My skin tone is uneven and patchy?
Dont get the really cheap stuff cuz that usually doesnt work. Almay is pretty okay. Neutragena too.Girls - who makes a really good foundation (make-up). My skin tone is uneven and patchy?
Try mineral makeup. It does wonders for uneven skin tones. Its also very light feeling. I love it. Check out this site, you can get it there..

trublend by cover girl works really well. also...neutrogena, max factor and loreal.
you're not gonna find a good foundation at a drug store, go to sephora-they'll have everything you need
For a drugstore brand, L'Oreal True Match is very good.
For department store brands, I like Prescriptives.
I really like Neutragena. They have great options for unbalanced skin tones and are sensitive on acne prone/dry skin. Good luck!
okay if you use tooo much makeup that wont help at all try a cleanser and CLEAN that facee
MAC
.
CoverGirl
The best drugstore brand? Physicians Formula is great, because it comes in many varieties of foundation (powder, liquid, etc.), and, not as importantly, comes in great packaging.
It is also of a much higher quality than nuetrogena etc., which might as well just be paint. Physicians Formula has vitamins and minerals in it that enrich the skin, not strip away from it, so it would help cure the patchiness on your face, not just cover it up.
Good luck!
I would recommend trublend. this foundation blends your natural skin tone, and evens it out into one tone. i have the same problem and this seems to fit your needs.
i recommend dream matte mousse. It's brilliant because it lasts all day and blends in really well with your skin tones.

What can you suggest as a good make up foundation?
I use the Bare Minerals foundation, and I love it. It's really easy to apply, and it's a powder. So, it's not greasy. It covers well, too. I have sensitive skin, and it's one of the only foundations I've found that doesn't break my face out. What can you suggest as a good make up foundation?
Bee-Luscious Cosmetics (Google it) Liquid Mineral Foundation. It is all natural, with no harmful fillers such as bismuth (contained in MOST cosmetics), allowing your skin to breath. Plus it will NOT sweat off. What can you suggest as a good make up foundation?

May I ask a question about foundation make-up of the 50+ ladies?
Do you believe the foundation make-up that is supposed to lift sagging features is effective? They recommend applying it with a brush in upward stokes. Lancome has a version of this type of make-up.May I ask a question about foundation make-up of the 50+ ladies?
I honestly believe there isn't any product out there that can defy gravity better than a smile.May I ask a question about foundation make-up of the 50+ ladies?
First I want to point out if you don't need don't use it. If you do then here's my theory on it. Try using a cucumber slice on each eye to rehydrate the sockets that cause bags also try bengay on the bags to get rid of them. get more sleep and take some time for your self. That is my remedy for baggy eyes. The rest is a way to get you to spend unnecessary money.
Save your money...that stuff couldn't possibly work.
I'm not over 50 but I know of a great product that I think you would really like if callen TimeWise Day and Night Solution if you would like to try it just email me and tell me where to send it, It's from Mary Kay you can get more infor about it at www.marykay.com/kfrench2006 also let me know if you'd like to try other product these are free samples just so you can make an informed decision on products you like

What is the best foundation make up that last all day to cover up freckles and acne scarring?
Mary Kay has some great stuff.
You need to find a Mary Kay dealer. It also can be found on ebay.
Good, good stuff, and lasts all day.
MWhat is the best foundation make up that last all day to cover up freckles and acne scarring?
Honestly, foundation is the worst care for your face. You need to buy daily face lotion that evens out your skin tone and they also have cream for acne scars. But do not wear foundation. It clogs all your pores and causes acne. If anything use powder. If you can't live without foundation, try bare mineals. They advertise it on television. I beleive it is an over the phone order. What is the best foundation make up that last all day to cover up freckles and acne scarring?
I love mineral based make-up. I get the most compliments when I wear it and it makes my skin look more flawless that any other type of foundation and powder.
Here is the site of the make up I use:
http://www.baremakeup.com/
But it isn't a liquid foundation. It is just a powder that acts as both. I was skeptical that it would be just like powder and not really stick or cover very good but boy was I wrong! It's awesome. Plus you can just buy one of their concealer sticks and use one of their concealer brushes to apply it then put on their mineral powder foundation. I would suggest buying the ';try me kit'; and then buy the concealer and a concealer brush separately since the try me kit doesn't contain them. It's a little pricey but totally worth it! Good luck!!
BARE MINERALS-you would not believe this stuff!!! Best stuff out there!
yup, I use the Mary Kay for oily/combo skin- I love it and it lasts all day without feeling heavy
I got the starter kit for BareMinerals for Christmas, and I have not been more pleased with make-up. It makes it look like you've got naturally perfect, glowy skin. It's all natural, so it won't clog your pores or anything, and it lasts all day.
If you don't get a kit with the concealer brush, make SURE to buy it though, because it's the key to covering up scars and blemishes.
I have a reccomendation for the scarring: MD Forte glycolic acid face wash, and one of the glycolic lotions as well. They will help smooth your skin out alot, and a bottle will last at least 6 months as you only need a little morning and night. You can buy these or similar products on many websites such as skinstore.com I suggest the MD forte line because I have tried several and theirs are good concentrations of glycolic acid and ph balanced enough to work but not be overly irritating.
Mary kay is a great product but you might want to try Bare Minerals. Its all natural and wont clog pores.
bare minerals or stuff close to it but not cheap. i tried that true blend and it clogs my pores.
DERMABLEND IT IS IN THE MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORES MACYS ROBINSONS MAY BLOOMINGDALES MCRAES
I love TruBlend by Covergirl!!! It's in a little circle jar, I've used everything, and it's not cakey or greasy, at first it feels like liquid and than once it is on it feels like powder
CoverGirl TruBlend!!!!!! either whipped or regular. love the stuff!!you can get it at any drugstore. if it doesn't work at least you have great foundation!
i love VICHY company but unfortunately i can;t find it in stores

What is the best way to put foundation/skin make up on?
Im decent at putting make up on, but sometimes I will see girls with the most porclien looking skin. What way do you apply foundation? My regieme consists of washing my face, putting on some facial lotion and then concealor on certain spots and then a light translucent powder. What is the best way to put foundation/skin make up on?
Foundation: choosing the right shade of foundation is hard on your own, so go to a cosmetics counter and seek professional advice. They will let you try out a range of colours and advise on which suits your skin tone best. One thing to bear in mind is that if you have only light freckles, there is no point in trying to cover them up with a darker shade - it will not work! It is better to stick to a sheer foundation. If they are very dark and you want to cover them up a little, a cream foundation will balance your skin tones. To apply foundation, firstly dot some on your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks. Using a small cosmetic sponge dampened with a little water, blend in to your face, paying particular attention to your hairline and jawline, as these are the areas where it is easy to spot foundation that has not been blended properly. You also want to avoid the orange face, white neck effect, so make sure it is blended into your skin evenly.
After this, gently press the tips of your fingers over your face - the heat will help the blending process. Finally, check your application in natural lighting, as this will show up any problem areas best. What is the best way to put foundation/skin make up on?
Any time. Report Abuse
Try the liquid kind with a big brush !!! M.A.C has all that stuff I love it:)
Dab it on your forehead, cheeks and chin then rub the foundation in using your fingers not a sponge.
dab dab dab dab dab dab dab dab dab dab
WEll, first use a facial lotion and then use concealer to cover up those flaws. spread the fountain all round ur face (u'll look all crazy n everything) take a sponge, and pour water and on it. Drain the excess water it until damp. And BLEND!!!
My favorite question, You're doing it right by adding a base before your foundation. Apply a foundation 1 shade lighter than your face then apply a pressed matte powder over.
Perfect complexion!!
**use concealer when you have a breakout, I like to use a concealer shade one shade lighter than my foundation under my eye.
If you use an airbrush foundation, that is supposed to make your skin look like porcelain. But, i think it might be expensive.
Apply some liquid or creamy foundation with a sponge. If your face tends to shine, apply the translucent powder at the end and troughout the day.
The first thing is to wash your face and then apply concealor on the blemishes or spots that you might have, then apply foundation on you face with your finger tips about a pea size, then you can apply loose powder (I recommend MAC)... you can then apply some blush so your face won't look to plain.

What's the best foundation (make up) brand?
Try Marks Makeup, They Have Other Neat Choices Too.
If Store Brands Is What You Look For, Then Go For The Original Covergirl Foundations, They Are Nice.
Loreal Too Has Good Shades.
(Whips/Mousse Are Not Very Good For The Skin They Are Much Too Thick)What's the best foundation (make up) brand?
loreal- true match.
by far best foundation ive ever used .What's the best foundation (make up) brand?
i like loreal trueblend
Honestly after trying to find it myself I finally did and its made by a company called bee luscious cosmetics. Its wonderful the first brand of cosmetics that has delivered what it promised. The foundation to the powders and much more all very highly recommendable. http://www.beeluscious.com
The Liquid Minerals from Bee Luscious is you like light and natural looking makeup. If you are more into heavy makeup and need FULL coverage then I would go with something like MAC.
cover girl make up i find is the best it blends in with your skin try it it really works
PRESCRIPTIVES IS THE BEST EVEERR!!! seriously...they can custom blend ur foundation so it matches ur skintone perfectly...they can also make it as thick or sheer, moisturizing or oil controling as u want! just ask them to explain wut they r doind and u can tell them if thats wut u want...they blend it right before ur eyes...
I like Maybelline, it has thicker coverage and natural looking colors. I like Dream Matte Mousse, it has a cool gooey texture but feels lightweight on.
I find L'oreal foundations to be very, very orangey.
well it depends what kind of skin you have...and the amount of coverage you want . i personally love laura mercier tinted moisturizer and to touch up for those oily spots... lorac pressed power. you can apply all day and wow it doesnt cake up on you!!!
Definetly AVON. I have their foundation, and it works, like magic! I use it every day before I go anywhere.
Truthfully, I used alot of different foundations the best i found so far is Stila Foundation which you can buy at Sephora. This foundation is really very good its light it covers up really well. And the best thing of all it doesnt cake up.
I really like MAC. It looks great, they always match your color perfectly and if you have skin problems then it works wells too. It might be a little pricy but you won't run out quickly :)
There really isn't one best foundation, it all depends on the skin type, personal preference and budget. What I mean by budget is that some ppl who don't want to spend a lot and wont have a chance to try the higher end brands, same goes with the consumers that refuses to buy it at department stores and may miss a really good foundation there.
For me i like many but here are my faves:
MAC face and body
Make-up forever Face and Body
Kett
m.a.c all the way.
dont try department store makeup
it doesnt work
may cost you a little more but it lasts long and its perfect. =]
Smashbox or MAC.
Bee Luscious Cosmetics is the best you can buy anywhere.refill

I get at least 2 compliments on my skin DAILY. and it's cheap.
http://www.esteelauder.com/product/mpp.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT643

How do you apply the mineral make-up foundation. Just bought some from micabella.?
I bought the foundation, blush and eyeshadow from Micabella. I can not get the foundation to look like it did when they applied it. Can anyone help me out on how to apply mineral make-up.How do you apply the mineral make-up foundation. Just bought some from micabella.?
well to make sure it doesn鈥檛 cake on and look like too much, apply a moisturizing cream to your skin first, wait for it to dry, and then apply the make up.
this will make it look smoother, subtle yet noticable, and natural

What kind of make up (foundation and powder) would you recommend?
I heard MAC was good,
also Bare Minerals and Clinique, if not those what would you recommend? and why? What kind of make up (foundation and powder) would you recommend?
Bare Escentuals is great because it's natural and it can bee used as concealer too. I myself loove MAC because they have a great range. What kind of make up (foundation and powder) would you recommend?
I love MAC but it tends to make alot of people break out, and all the shades are always kind of orange.
They have a Prep+Prime finishing powder that I LOVE though... Its a white powder, but it doesn't show up on your skin as white... It just leaves a really nice, soft and velvety texture.
As for foundation, I really love Estee Lauder's Double Wear foundation. The colors match your skin tone well, and it lasts a while and doesn't rub off.
MAC makeup is amazing, although not the greatest for very pale skintones. I've tried Bare Minerals, and it provides ok coverage but I would suggest getting a good quality concealer to use along with it. ever tried Clinique, but I hear its good.
MAC

it is so easy to apply and u end up with pretty flawless all over cover, u can use a brush, sponge or just ur fighers, its great if u not a make up pro like me!
and u can use it all day, or all night!
Mac is definitely a good choice, but i heard Eve Pearl's foundation and concealer are really good too.
Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation
good coverage %26amp; its inexpensive.
i have laura gellar powders. they are baked and are really really good, i highly recommend them. they may come with a price though.
The Revlon Colorstay is very comparable to MAC foundations and powders.

use a good moisturizer on your face every morning after washing it. then, use a good concealer and use it sparingly on the worst blemishes. wash your face at night before going to bed and use a repairing night time lotion. after awhile, your blemishes should start to look better

i HIGHLY reccomend the revlon colorstay liquid foundation, i love it so much!!!! heres why:
1. its transfer-resistant.[which means that it wont go on clothes while getting changed ect...]
2. its got SPF in it. [protects skin from the sun!]
3. they have 2 kinds, 1 for combination/oily skin %26amp; 1 for normal/dry skin.
4. great coverage, it sticks to your face %26amp; it kinda feels like its part of my skin! %26amp; it stays on for 16 hours without moving at all!
5. %26amp; they have a wide range of colors so im sure u'll find ur perfect skin tone color. =p
they also come with a matching concealer + powder for extra coverage. =]
you can find this at any drugstore.
-- its also comparable to the mac studio fix fluid foundation, only, this is afordable!!!
the only thing is, that its so hard to take off! but i guess if you want your foundation to last long you're going to have to expect these things right? but i still love it!!!!

Try Maybelline New York, Pure Liquid Mineral, it is really good and doesn't make you have breakouts and actually makes your skin softer.
I mostly end up beginning low end and sampling several types. Do what fits your situation and I bet your gut will be correct.
Depends how much you want to spend. Clinique is amazing, but a bit pricey. Other than that I'd go for a mineral one :) I find them really good.

I only wear Faces and MAC make up. They work really well for me. They're both pricey but worth it.
What foundation make up is good?
i have tried many different kinds of foundation and have yet to find the perfect one for me. what's the difference between liquid and powder foundation?and what products have a good coverage for pimples etc...yet looking all natural? What foundation make up is good?
For Me MAC, they have many differnt shades to choose from. I would use both liquid and powder. If you just use powder your face will end up looking very choppy. Also make sure to use lotion before applying the makeup. What foundation make up is good?
I use mary kay. I get the right face system for me in my climate (which is really hot %26amp; humid in the summer, cold n humid in the winter). So I get formula 3 for oily prone skin and I use the full system. I buy it on ebay for a 3rd of the price after I look at their online catalog and pick out what I like.
after you use the face cleansing stuff (DONT FORGET MOISTURIZER, it's the most important step) then I put on the foundation. It goes on perfectly after using their cleaning products and it feels like I'm not wearing anything. I usually get liquid foundation (because it's oil free unlike matte finishes or cream to powder), and I set it with translucent (invisible) powder. It doesn't break me out and just evens out my skin tone without making me look cakey.
I have tried other things, but store bought stuff always turns orange, and mineral make-up wipes off on anyone I hug.
If you're interested in trying mary kay for free you can just call their number and they will send someone to give you a free make-over. You don't have to buy anything from them (remember ebay is cheaper), but sometimes they can be a bit pushy so you have to be sure to inform them that you just want to TRY it first.
It depends on your skin type. Is your skin oily or dry? The younger you are, the less coverage you usually need. A good one is Revlon Colorstay Active wear which comes in a tube and stays on well but looks natural. Read the labels. If your skin is oily, you might want to find something that is oil free.....makes sense, doesn't it? There is no ';perfect'; product but there are lots of good ones and proper application is important. Go to a counter in a department store for some free advice if it will help.
Well, I use L'oreal products- and I don't have pimples anymore (I'm 45) If you have acne, powder foundation would not be a good idea. It will crack around the pimple, making it more obvious. You need to find a good concealer. I have dry skin, so I use a liquid foundation. I trust L'oreal. ( Lancome owns them) Maybe go to a Nordstroms or a Neiman Marcus, and have someone try different foundations on you? Good luck.
Laura Geller Balance n Brighten is fantastic, it is powder but covers up like a cream!!! You can get different skin colours so you can find the perfect match to your skin, you can put more on until you get the coverage you want yet it looks totally natural! It even lasts the whole day without wearing off, you can order it online from QVC and there are loads more fantastic products on that website too!!
depends on your skin type, but I really like Clinique liquid.
MAC
Lancome, also works good for me
I switch up...
Motives custom blend foundation. It can be custom blended to your exact skin color, but you have to find a Motives consultant near you that can do it for you. Or you can get thier fluid silk foundation, which is premade. None of thier products even feel like your wearing make up. It has some of the highest quality ingredients.
Check out www.marketamerica.com/beautyperfection to check it out.
If you want to go to the deparment store Mac and Chanel are one of the best too. Whatever you choose, do NOT go with anything from the drugstore. The highend cosmetics may be pricier, but you pay for what you get and the difference is worth it.
Honestly, not every foundation works for every person, as you have found out. If they did, then we wouldn't have so many brands out there.
Liquid foundation is just that a liquid. It goes on wet and dries.
Powder foundations go on dry, and stay that way. Some of them though, you wet the makeup sponge, swipe it in the powder, then put it on. I personally find that many of these have good coverage. As an added bonus, many like this can also be used dry as a powder. So you only need to carry one thing with you.
If you have acne prone skin, look for one that is water based. Or try a mineral type. These are pretty good for your skin. good ones can be pricey though.
Hi.personally i prefer just pressed powder with just abit of coverage coz i have blemishes.
Double ware- Estee Lauder is the best! Its a bit exy$ 66.00aus. It is smudge proof, heat resistant - even in humidity and has a medium to full coverage but looks natural, as long as u prime your skin of course. Use concealer on the pimples-then foundation- then powder if needed so its the same colour and not lighter then the rest of your face. I reccomend Ultimate coverage concealer by Artistry its the best i have ever tried- and i have tried alot.
I personally luv MAC and Bobby brown
I have never used liquid but I have heard that it is easier to coat
prescriptives mixes foundation until it is your own personal color. the only thing is that you have to buy all of whichever colors make up your perfect skin tone. it looks really really really really good though.
MAC is more of a stage makeup (photography, etc.)
If money isnt a factor, ide splurge for NARS. You can get this online or sometimes at Nordstroms.
If no NARS, I would jump on over to Bobby Brown.
Liquid = Apply with a foundation brush or a pad(only use these once) and this sets deeper onto the skin when used with a brush or makeup pad.
Powder = Use a powder brush. This sits ontop of the skin not really penetrating and getting deep into the pores. Ideal for oily skin.

Best foundation and make up to make ur face looks like Nelly Furtado on her video clips?
What brands u think best for foundation and compact to make ur face looks like Nelly Furtado on her clips? And best brands for eyeshadows that looks creamy? I really love Nelly's look so much! Btw, what do you think of the brand Sisley from Paris?Best foundation and make up to make ur face looks like Nelly Furtado on her video clips?
Do some research. Look up the makeup styles, find different products and get reviews -- www.makeupalley.com is a great place to start -- and then practice.
It's going to take a lot of trial and error before you find what works for you, but remember, you may not suit that particular cosmetic style. Unless you've got a neutral face that really takes well to makeup, my suggestion is to forget it and just educate yourself on what looks great on you. But, if you want to achieve this style, start researching. Not all foundation works on all skin types, so asking this question is honestly a moot point. Inevitably, you're going to have to do the work yourself.Best foundation and make up to make ur face looks like Nelly Furtado on her video clips?
its just good lighting plus a ton of foundation
no matter what make up you buy you'll still look like you.

How can you get foundation make up out of clothes?
Rub neat washing up liquid on the foundation, it should start lifting. Then run it through the washing machine, it might take a few goes of washing up liquid and washing but I've always managed to get all traces out. I once spilt a brand new bottle of liquid foundation on a white bed spread...I really thought it was never going to come up, it took about 6 washes but at least I didn't have to throw it away
Use fairy washing up liquid, the others just aren't quite up to it. Fine for dishes but not lifting grease stainsHow can you get foundation make up out of clothes?

How do you get make up (foundation, concealer) out of the upholestry in an xB??
go to the auto department and pick a good name brand cleaner. you could also take it to a car detail shop if you think you could mess it up. they would be able to get it clean. How do you get make up (foundation, concealer) out of the upholestry in an xB??
Try ';Resolve'; carpet cleaner. It's in a red spray bottle for $3 at any Walmart, etc.. It takes stains out of any fabric, as well as, carpet. It works! How do you get make up (foundation, concealer) out of the upholestry in an xB??
Use a cleaning product called 'De-Solv-it.' It's a yellow cleaner that I've recently been able to find only in Wal-Mart. It gets everything out of anything I've ever sprayed it on.

What is the right order when applying make-up: foundation, concealer or face powder?
...And are there rules as to how I would know if I'm picking the right shade of foundation/concealer/powder for my skin? What is the right order when applying make-up: foundation, concealer or face powder?
1) Use a face wash or scrub before applying any makeup!
2) Moisturise all over you face.
3) Apply foundation(Always get an oil free one. If its not oil free it blocks your pores which gives you terrible spots!)
4) Apply concealer (if you have any spots) - always do this after foundation because if you put foundation on after, it rubs your concealer off
5) Apply setting powder to finish off and now you have perfect skin!!
6) Apply any other make-up if you wish
6) Apply the rest of your make-up if you wanna wear anything elseWhat is the right order when applying make-up: foundation, concealer or face powder?
Concealer, foundation, powder. To hide the dark circles you need to use the yellow tinted concealer. The dark circles are more prominent around your eyes because your skin around the eyes is thinner and rubbing your eyes sort of ruptures the little veins under them. As far as matching foundation color, I like Loreal tru-match. There is a chart in the store that you choose what type of skin you have etc and go from there. Pretty accurate.
If ur looking for the right shade, then try it on your jawline, and rub in, DO not try on back of your hand as ur hands and face are different skin tones. Ask someone in the shop as well. I Reccomend ';Miss sporty'; in superdrg, its 拢2.50 i think, and its foundation that is good for your skin, they also do, powder, concelears, mascara, eyeliner ect. Its a good range.
You apply concelar first, then foundation, then powder.
To hide dark circles, you need more sleep, and concelear.
Hope i helped
concealer first, to hide those dark spots. then foundation for a matte finish. because concealer may sometimes look so greasy or shiny, so the last layer would be the foundation. that two will give you a natural looking skin. you don't need powder anymore. kayy?
I AGREE WITH PRINCES EXCEPT I USUALY PUT CONCEALER ON BEFORE FOUNDATION.I USE A CREME CONCEALER EXCELLENT FOR HIDING UNDER EYE CIRCLES.DOING UR BASE FIRST SETS A BLANK FLAWLESS CANVAS FOR U TO DO THE REST OF UR MAKEUP.ALWAYZ TRY THE FOUNDATION POWDER OR WATEVER ABOVE UR JAWLINE AND GET THE SHADE THE MATCHES UR SKIN TONE..GOING LIGHTER AND U WIL END UP LOOKING FAKE AS U WIL GET A DIFFERENT NECK AND FACE COLOUR. AND IF U WANNA LOOK TANNED THEN BRONZER IS BETTER.
The correct order is concealer, foundation, and powder. However, I found that putting concealer on after foundation gives me better results. It all depends on how your face is.a
Edit to add: I vote priincess best answer. I always wondered why I got better results when I put concealer on after foundation.
apply concealer around your eyes. then apply foundation then powder. then do the rest of your make ups.
this is what i do.
The right order is:
Foundation
Concealer
Face Powder
Choose shades which match your skin tone.
well i put on foundation, then face powder.
depends what kind of face you have some people might rather to use concealer than face powder but always foundation must be first.
Just skp the makeup and enjoy the skin the good lord gave you.refill

What is the Best Air Brush Make-up Foundation?
I just started experimenting with air brush foundation and have been wanting to offer it as part of my services. I've tried MAC's micronized air brush foundation but it seems to be very sticky and leaves the face pasty looking. Any recommendations on brands or techniques? What is the Best Air Brush Make-up Foundation?
Try the Kett Hydroproof. I hated MAC's airbrush product as well. If you are strapped for cash mix Formula 244 with Revlon Colorstay or with RCMA.What is the Best Air Brush Make-up Foundation?
